		<description>&lt;p&gt;I learnt this after a couple of talks: be excited about what you&#039;re talking about. It doesn&#039;t matter if it&#039;s trivial. Realise why you&#039;re up there showing it off — because you&#039;re proud of it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;When you are excited, you naturally get others excited as well.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PS. For some reason you got unsubscribed from my NNW. Re-subscribed now. I&#039;ll drop in a comment from time to time - hopefully you haven&#039;t turned into a snobby Stanford bitch and still remember us little guys ;)&lt;/p&gt;
